Welcome to BF Empowerment Center ("BFE," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at bfempowerment.com or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

BF Empowerment Center provides mental health counseling, relationship coaching, case management, youth programs, and related services. All clinical services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with applicable state laws and professional standards.

2. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with HIPAA, applicable state laws, and professional ethical standards. Information shared in therapy sessions is confidential with the following exceptions required by law:

• Imminent risk of harm to self or others
• Suspected child, elder, or dependent adult abuse
• Court-ordered disclosure
• Other disclosures required by applicable law

3. Payment & Fees

Service fees vary by program. Self-pay rates begin at $200 per session. We accept a wide range of insurance plans and offer CareCredit financing. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

4. Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. [Client to confirm specific cancellation fee policy]
